Kelly receives NSF CAREER award

{: .align-left} Kelly has received a prestigious and highly competitive National Science Foundation CAREER grant. His proposal titled “An Ecohydrological Framework for Understanding land Degradation of Dryland Ecosystems” will be funded for the next five years with total funding of $1.5 million.
