PhD, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Geography and Environmental Systems, 2014.

After getting his MS in Geography from Indiana University, Garth got his Ph.D in the Department of Geography and Environmental Systems at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. There he worked with Dr. Andrew Miller and Dr. Claire Welty in the field of urban water resources with a focus on the Baltimore metro region. Garth is now working with the Missouri Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit through the University of Missouri.
